J Florist already has a website — but it's a generic, out-of-the-box template that hasn't been touched in years. On a phone, to a bride or an event planner comparing florists, it reads as "are they even still open?"

Stop looking closed

The current site still links to Google+ — a network shut down in 2019 — and carries no current copyright year. Little dead signals like that quietly tell shoppers a business has moved on. It hasn't.
