Skip Bennett MarineMarine contractor · Edgewater
This is a demonstration page, built by Durango and not yet anybody’s live site. It exists because the web address carrying this business’s name does not currently open. Everything on it is either drawn from the business record or left deliberately blank — there is no third category.
Search the name, click the result, and a warning screen answers instead.
Not an old page. Not a slow page. A browser refusing to show the page at all. That is the whole reason this demo exists, and it is the one thing on this site that is genuinely urgent.
A certificate error, not a website
skipbennettmarine.com fails to load with a certificate hostname mismatch. The bare address and the www address behave the same way, and they did so on repeated attempts — this is not a one‑afternoon outage that fixed itself.
The browser stops them first
A visitor who searched the business by name is handed a security decision before they ever see the name again. Whatever the site once said, it does not get the chance to say it.
Nothing here came from that site
Not one page of it could be viewed — the certificate error blocked every attempt. So nothing on this demo was copied from it, summarized from it, or guessed at. The blanks further down are blank for exactly that reason.
The service list is yours to write. We left the rows empty.
A contractor’s site is judged on what it says it does, in the words the trade actually uses. Guessing at that list would be worse than leaving it out, so it is left out. Say the words on the phone and they go straight into these rows — the sheet below is the shape, not the limit.
Demo noteNowhere on this page does it say what Skip Bennett Marine builds, repairs, hauls, or specializes in, because the business record does not say and this build does not invent. Six rows are shown for shape; the live build takes as many as the work needs, and no rows go public until they are confirmed.
Three real photographs, once you send them.
Stock images of somebody else’s equipment would fill these slots in about two minutes and would fool nobody who works on the water. They stay hatched until there are photographs of this shop and this work to put in them.

Verify before launchThe telephone number and street address on this page came from a directory listing rather than from the business directly. Both get a spoken confirmation before anything goes live.
The telephone still works. Right now that is the whole front door.
A page like this one takes the weight off a number that is currently carrying all of it alone.
